We analyze the current business processes, work with our client to optimize the processes, and then develop an optimization plan using the best fit and most cost-efficient tools and methods. Most of these processes pass through several software systems that include several intra-application workflows, and therefore, in addition to optimized integration between these systems, two layers of automation needs to be designed and custom-developed in order to achieve efficiency.  

Cetrix’s Digital Process Automation services is comprised of three components that together cover all aspects of an organizations business operations and offer a total digital process automation experience. These components are:

  • Intra-Application Automation: software applications such as Salesforce provide extensive, easy to use tools that automate almost any action that a user performs.

  • Inter-Application Automation: CCS uses enterprise-class tools, both COTS and custom developed, to automate the business processes that involve different software applications, operating systems, and data sources.

  • Robotic Process Automation: CCS designs and develops intelligent autonomous software agents that enable automation of many of the human-operated processes and actions at the UI level.
